A Book for Pop

Since "what's good for the goose is good for the gander" I decided to do a book for my dad for Father's day as well. His book is about 8 pages longer than my mom's because I included scanned images of a story book me and Sarah and Mike wrote and illustrated for him 2 years ago. I can't wait to give it to him! Bad Car-ma

Ok, if you know anything about Troy and I, it is that we have the worst, and I mean absolute worst luck with cars. We have been through 3, count them 3 cars in our short 5 years of marriage. At one point we had changed 6 flat tires in 2 months only to have one of our new tires explode on the freeway a couple of weeks after investing in new sets for both cars. Well, new/old car, same old story. We bought this old '83 Caddy off Troy's uncle to hold us over until we could buy a new car (both of our cars recently bit the dust)and it turns out that it was probably riding on the original tires. K, maybe not, but either way, the tire tread completely peeled off the tire while I was driving it on the freeway today. Troy was in class so our terrific neighbor Camron Andersen came to the rescue. As I was taking care of Aliyah and couldn't help much, I decided to make myself useful and document the event for posterity and the blog (of course!)
