Two Years Old!

This is such a cliche mom thing to say, but I can't believe that my baby is officially a toddler now! It is so strange to look into her darling face and see a little girl instead of a baby. We had so much fun at her party, and were so glad that all her little friends and cousins could make it. In true starving student style, we set up some kiddie pools in the front yard, filled them with warm water from the tap and had a contest to see how many BYU students we could soak as they walked by. Aliyah loved her Nemo cake and Grandpa even helped to show her how to shove her face in it (by example, not by actually shoving her face in it...). After the party, things got a little crazy when Dad, Grandpa and Uncle James decided to use the big kiddie pool as a slip-n-slide. Video of that is yet to come, but the pictures will have to do for now. My favorite one is where Haley is hurrying to get Aliyah out of the way before she gets soaked by the big boys.
