So this last weekend Angie and James through together an imprompu get-together of our old ward friends up at the cabin. We had a blast playing games like Bohnanza, cowboy mafia, and were exceptionally entertained by the antics of all our kids running amok together. The next morning we were delighted to find the fall colors blanketed by falling snow. It was so beautiful and made our gourmet crepe breakfast all the more enjoyable! Thanks for a great weekend everybody!

i am literally DYING right now from homesickness. your faces make me want to cry. can we please all get together over christmas? pleeeease! we'll be around from the 24th to the 3rd... let's plan something. miss you all!
Wow you guys just have nothing but fun fun fun. Good for you and it is so great you have such wonderful friends. Do it now because when the kids get older and are all involved with things it gets harder and harder to have those get aways.

I feel exactly the way Janaya does!! We're coming home to Utah (my family lives in Logan) for Christmas too! Can we see you all too??!?! That would be SO incredibly perfect! You all look wonderful - I was literally just telling Ryan how I wish we were cool enough to still live in Provo with our old friends. Don't get me wrong - Ohio's great ... but we definitely miss you guys!!
That would be so awesome if we could all get together! We'll have to coordinate dates and see if we can make it happen!

wait, did you get an apartment??? i need details please if so!!!! and i SO remember anne of green gables. brian makes fun of me for my favorite movies like the 6 hour pride & prejudice, anne of green gables..and yet the other day he said he was in the depths of despair..?! i stopped in my tracks and said, what did you say?? he then (under my torture) admitted that he MAY have glanced it after school one day when his mom was watching it. hah! i knew it!!! no one can resist anne and gilbert!!
Ohhh, we miss you guys. It's amazing how you take for granted having people close to your age and similar situation close by. We've been hanging out latley with people in their 40's who have 4 or 5 kids...for some reason theirs just not as much in common! Have fun in Cancun.
