A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood
I hate to brag, but we have the best neighbors on the planet. Seriously. We have loved living in this run-down fourplex because it's the closest you can come to being married AND having roommates without joining a commune or something. Some of our fourplex family members have graduated to adulthood and grown-up life but they can't stay away for long because we just have too much fun together. So on Saturday we had one such a get-together in honor of the Robinaughs taking off for the summer, and to say hello to Annette who was visiting with tanner from Hawaii. It was so good to sit outside and talk and laugh (until the sun went down and we reverted from May to January and a 30 degree temperature...). Man I love these guys!

Oh my goodness everyone looks wonderful! That's so neat that Annette was there - and all the old neighbors as well! Boy do we miss you guys! Jealous, but happy for you! :) Love ya!
do you think we could photoshop ourselves into these pictures?
Well Christiansens, that's what you get for being all grown up and going off to pursue a career path :)
And Janaya, I think I was reminded 20 times by everyone to call and invite you guys, even though I had already explained that you were on the other side of the continent. Apparently you two are a hot ticket item at any party!
That's very lucky of you guys. Our neighbors usually stay indoor and you hardly get to see them. Let alone hanging out like you guys did. Or maybe they stay inside because of the heat? lol. Not sure. Glad to know that you guys had so much fun. :)
Hi Melissa, We have great neighbors too. Uncle David came over to shampoo are carpets when we were out of town, and three different neighbors came over to see who he was. Lucky for him they remembered him from a barbecue we had. Good neighbors are great. Please tell Troy we are proud of him. Give the kids a kiss. Love, Aunt Linda
